Phone: 706-338-7725. I spoke to Margie last week. She told me that my request for operative notes from Dr. Sergio Mejias in Athens, GA several weeks ago had not been fulfilled. I am very concerned that your office did not tell me this before now. Will I now have to wait several more weeks until Dr. Duncan will read my notes? I called Dr. Mejias’ office and once again requested that these records be sent to you. They said they were sending them as we spoke right then to your fax number. I also asked Margie to let me know if your office received them. She said your office was having phone problems. As of today, I do not know if you have received these records.. I am serious about having my lap-band converted to bariatric by-pass, so will you please assist me in getting these records sent to you and also letting me know when you receive them? After you get them, please schedule me for the soonest possible appt. with Dr. Duncan for initial consultation. Thanks very much, and Merry Christmas to all of you.
